OC Form & Frame comes out of David’s 12+ years in residential construction and the perspective that comes with working as a licensed California General Contractor.

He has spent years around remodels, additions, ADUs, estimating, plan review, contracts, and project coordination. He knows where jobs tend to get hung up, where scopes get messy, and how quickly a project can lose time when too many people are responsible for the same phase.

That experience shaped OC Form & Frame. The goal is simple: give General Contractors one team to handle the structural work without having to manage a string of separate subs.

David and his team stay involved in the scope, the communication, and the work itself. When something needs an answer, you know who to call and who is responsible for getting it handled.
